The Billet Tracking Software project we developed for Çuhadaroğlu Metal, one of the leading aluminum producers in our country, has been successfully completed.

This software, which serves as an example of our custom software development solutions, provides the following functions:

  • Online data collection from Siemens S7 PLC
  • Monitoring of process data
  • Creating Billet ID Cards and tracking and reporting Lot, Weight, and Production data
  • Recording and tracking recipe information based on alloy composition
  • Keeping records of malfunctions
  • Generating trend graphs based on lots
  • Barcode number tracking module
  • Storing all collected data in the database
  • Preparing customized report templates for the company

This project optimizes Çuhadaroğlu Metal’s production processes, enhancing efficiency and traceability.
