As one of Turkey’s leading chemical plants in the Organik Kimya and leading cement company Limak Cement utilizes our Augmented Reality (AR)-based Remote Support Application to provide support and service for its domestic and international facilities from maintenance centers.

Augmented Reality-Based Remote Support Application: This application allows technical teams to manage field operations quickly and effectively. Instead of sending an expert to the site, a user-focused approach is adopted where operators bring their work areas to the expert’s screen. Thanks to AR technology, experts can view real-time conditions in the field and resolve issues immediately.

Real-Time Problem Solving: The remote support application helps operators instantly identify and resolve issues with equipment. With AR support, experts provide visual guidance to operators in complex processes, enabling tasks to be performed accurately and effectively. This method allows the expert to virtually participate in the field.

Training and Knowledge Sharing: The application also significantly contributes to the training of technical personnel. New employees are trained in the field by experienced experts using AR support, which helps in better understanding complex processes.
