In one of Turkey’s leading cement production facilities, we have successfully completed the automation project for the dosing of clinker materials in the stock area and their transfer to the mill.
In this project, automation systems have been established to ensure accurate dosing of clinker materials, making every stage of the process traceable. This has minimized material losses and increased the efficiency of the production process.
Additionally, the automation system allows for real-time monitoring of the transfer of clinker materials to the mill, which enhances work safety and process reliability. The project has optimized the overall production flow of the facility, enabling more effective resource management.
