Tac Mutfak – Online Data Collection and MES Integration

At Taç Mutfak, which operates in the white goods sector, the project for data collection from production lines and integration with the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) has been successfully completed.

In this project, data collected from the production lines is transferred in real-time to a centralized system, ensuring seamless traceability of production processes. The MES system has increased production efficiency and enabled more effective resource utilization.

Additionally, the integrated system simplifies fault detection and reporting processes, allowing for the early identification of potential issues and quicker intervention. This contributes to Taç Mutfak’s ability to optimize its production processes and gain a competitive advantage.
