At KNAUF, one of the leading companies in the mining sector, energy consumption values and weighbridge data across the entire production process, including production and social areas, are monitored through our Pro-4 IoT Platform. With Dashboard, HMI, and KPI applications, production and energy data are tracked, while real-time and historical data enable analyses, periodic reporting, and logical-query-based Early Warning Alarms to improve bottlenecks.

In addition to the Pro-4 IoT Platform, our technical team has also established the data collection infrastructure from Siemens PLCs, energy meters, and weighbridges to ensure seamless integration with the automation system at KNAUF.

Dashboard, HMI, and KPI Applications: Users can monitor production and energy data in real time. Dashboards assist users in quickly evaluating operational performance, while HMI (Human-Machine Interface) applications offer operators a more intuitive control. KPI applications allow for the tracking of targeted performance metrics.
